Marketing strategies in pig industry

Forum: Marketing strategies to compete in the local market

Halo, Im Lucas from Namibia, Southern Africa. I'm a new entrant in the pig farming industry. i am seeking advice on strategies on how to go about out playing competitors of the same industry. I currenty only produce carcasses but the larger players or clients are importing their products from another country and or when they buy locally they buy from other producers.

What is the best strategy to gain their confidence? Should I compete with the prices or quality?
