Hi Dr Basheer Great job to u and all great professors if we using stock density more than 18 ( 20 or 22) as I know in Jordan, do you think that make significant difference with the same conditions? Did you fed birds as recommended Nutrient specifications for Ross 308 and hubberd classic? as I know each strain has different nutrients specifications

Introduction The improvement of genetic selection and management practices are increased dramatically for the last decades (Kryeziu et al., 2018), stocking density of broilers is one of the major factors that can improve performance to face the improvement of genetic selection (Simsek et al., 2011). Stocking density has a significant impact on production cost, however, excessive density may aff ...

Lipids represent a group of organic compounds including fatty acids or their derivatives and are insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents. They are mainly made of carbon and hydrogen and, in a lesser extent, oxygen. Their main function is being an energy store (such as triglycerides) since they have a high energy content (9 Kcal / g). Comparatively, carbohydrates and proteins provide o ...

1. Introduction Phytogenic feed additives (PFA) are the plant derived products used to improve performance of livestock and poultry (Windisch et al., 2008; Jacela et al., 2010). Early feeding can improve broiler performance and welfare The first experiences of a day-old chick play an important role for the development and performance of chicks later in life. Especially for broilers, one or two days make up a large portion of their relatively short lifespan. Day-old chicks can actually be up to three days old due to the time it takes for all chicks to hatch within the ...

Hello Omar, Thank you for your question, your observation is correct, NC+A and NC+D shown similar results. NC+A is a combination product of Xylanase and DFM from one company, while NC+D are two different products from two different companies. Therefore, when it comes to choosing A versus D option, it boils down to cost, and the convenience of doing business with 1 versus 2, which really depends ...

The approach of supplementing poultry feed with a combination of xylanase and direct-fed-microbials (DFMs), along with other management practices, to improve gut health is gaining increased attention as feed-additive alternatives to replace growth promoting antibiotics (AGP). The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of various combinations of different endo-xylanases and multi-str ...

Thank you all My question is NC+A AND NC+D were showed best results, but enzyme xylnase 1 as you mentioned has improved and digest xylan faster ( by time) than enzyme xylnase 2, also DFM1 has improved compared to DFM2 Why do the two types have the same result? which type is better to use?
