Mr O.P.Singh moderated the program very efficiently, he understands the poultry Industry very well, but I am surprised, besides such a large gathering, only 3 persons, Dr Shirolkar, Dr Yogesh n Dr Rajender Prasad, all belonging to ABTL, wrote appropriative comments, the others just kept mum, either they did not understand anything or their ego's stop them from appreciating the facts, or they have reasons beyond our comprehension, what ever the case may be, Mr Singh spoke very well, as he always does. My request to all involved with poultry industry is to come together and do something for the poultry farming community that goes a long way in safeguarding the interest of the farmers n their well being besides profitability, pl remember these farmers provide nutritious food for the population, employment to thousands of people, use waste of several industries, and is the back bone of the agricultural sector.l Every one should sensibly think, co-operate n come forward with suggestions to improve this lot. Mr Singh my sincere appreciation for the good job done, keep it up in the future as well.

Mr. Singh has precisely said about the regional diversification in India in terms of food habits, which could be an effective prospect to deploy in the poultry sector in terms of poultry feed production and protein production and hence the overall growth of the poultry industry in India. The regional food habit also steered novelty in chicken production by means of designing poultry feed. In these contexts, appropriate organization of transport and logistics is also mandatory. Thus, effective deployment of regional food habits, transport, and logistics would certainly help the overall development of the poultry sector in India.

To stabilize the price, which is profitable to the growers, consumption should be increased with deep distribution and export options should be considered strongly.

Reaching out to distant places and to the villages, with proper chain systems (cola companies are easily reaching out) is most important.

Cold chains for the produce and ready-to-eat chicken will be most important. The Poultry Association can play a bigger role in creating a new market within India and of course export.

The requirement of next-generation to come into the poultry business is also very important and for this, their interest has to be triggered, profitability will draw their interest. The next generation can run and increase the business and for that price stabilizing is the most important

Gleaming analysis by Mr O.P.Singh.

1. More than 80% of Indians suffer protein deficiency, reveals study.

2. As many as 91% vegetarians and 85% non-vegetarians were deficient in proteins, the survey titled 'Protein Consumption in the Diet of adult Indians Survey' (Prodigy) revealed.

3. The survey also highlighted the myths that revolve around proteins and their consumption patterns across different regions of the country.

4. We have to come together to promote eggs and chicken to create awareness to society regarding its importance in day to day life,

5. Value added eggs and chicken will be an valuables item not only in urban areas but even in rural areas as income levels have substantially improved.

6. Marketing in rural India is a better tool to increase consumption of eggs and chicken.

7. Poultry producers should stand on one platform to spend money on advertising and marketing of eggs and chicken.
