Victor Naranjo, Technical Manager LATAM at Evonik Animal Nutrition, discussed some of the advantages of using supplemental amino acids in broiler nutrition, highlighting the main points of his conference at the Evonik Spanish Seminar during IPPE 2019.
For last one decade after working on digestible AA nutritionist were working on reducing crude protein level in all phases of broiler life and they were successful in reducing up to 2 points + from old recommendations. This phenomenon is also valid in broiler breeders proof is the experiment conducted for about three years in Wageningen University in Netherlands. Availability of more synthetic Amino acids will help out more as we go for high density feeds in broiler need a long chain of essential AA to be balanced. More study in this regard is need of the time.
