- PELLETING OPERATIONS AT STANDARD FINE LEVEL AS BELOW
* TARGET
1) PDI 97 % OVER
2) HARDNESS AROUND 12
3) DENSITY CHECKING : MIXED MEAL VS AFTER COOLER = OVER 1.16 BY OPERATOR
? THE MOISTURE : DRY MASH 14.2%. WET MASH 16.5%
? THE TEMPERATURE : DRY MASH AROUND 14-14.5?
? THE TEMPERATURE : CONDITIONER OUTLET AROUND 16.5~17%
* THE SAME TEMPERATURE FOR PELLET OUTLET AND COOLER INLET

- AFTER COOLER
* TARGET
-) FIN LEVEL : ALMOST ZERO FROM COOLER OUTLET
1) PDI 97% OVER
2) HARDNESS AROUND 12

* THE MUST BE ZERO FINE BETWEEN B/E INLET AND OUTLET.

- SHACKER INLET & OUTLET FOR FINE LEVEL
1) SHAKER INLET
-FINE LEVEL : UNDER O.5 %, MAX 1.5 %
2) SHAKER OUTLET :
-FINE LEVEL : MUST BE ZERO.

- COATING FOR FINE LEVEL
-BEFORE COATING : AROUND 0.5 %, MAX 1%
-AFTER COATING : ALMOST ZERO

- AT SHIPPING BY BULK FOR FINE LEVEL
*AROUND 0.5 %. MAX 1%

- AT FARM FOR FINE LEVEL
* AROUND 1%. MAX 1.5 %

PLEASE DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION ABOVE METHOD EACH ITEMS ASK ME.
THANKS CHOI

Interesting topic.

With mash feeds it's the reverse. The heavier weights tend to be in the front of the house.

I'm tinkering around with a small scale homemade crumbler to do experimenting and am looking for crumbler rollers, can anyone tell me where I could find some?

Hello. I am FAMILY NAME CHOI, GIVEN NAME CHOI living in KOREA.
I suggest the following for CRUMBLE production.
1) VFD operation is required so that the filling rate of the CONDITIONER is 60~70% and the outlet temperature is 87~90 degrees Celsius.
2) PELLET PDI should be 97%. (MASH particle size should be less than 700 microns)
3) COOLER OUTLET should not have 100% FINE.
4) CRUMBLER must use a pair of CRUMBLER. It is difficult to distribute the same amount to both sides with two pairs of CRUMBLER.
5) Feed should never be piled up at the CRUMBLER inlet, and should be produced as CRUMBLE immediately.
6) CRUMBLE CORRUGATE is different from each other. (eg. 12 VS 14 0R 14 : 16).
8) At B/E inlet, there should be absolutely no stacking, 100% LIFTING, and 100% NO RETURN FEED.
9) At CRUMBLER exit, FINE should be produced less than 0.3%.

If you have any questions about the above, please always contact us by E-MAIL.
THANKS, CHOI

Yes, DL- Methionine can replace methionine hydroxy analogue in the ratio of 65: 100 in broiler chickens feed without any adverse effect in any of the production indicators. I , myself have conducted several experiments replacing DL- methionine with MHA. If we increase the replacement level of MHA, the production performance is significantly reduced.

Hello.
I don't know exactly about this Liquid Ingredient (DL-methionine with MHA), I'm telling you about how to minimize the powder during pellet production and deliver it to customers.
That is, I suggest that this liquid addition (DL-methionine with MHA) be coated on the pellet with a rotary drum just before bulk loading after screening.

THANKS, CHOI
