I was there at IPPE 2020 and saw Dr. Morey's talk. This really works. There are four poultry processing facilities in the US currently using BIA to measure and monitor woody breast. This allows processors to work with farmers to identify husbandry and harvesting practices that reduces woody breast occurrence.
