After taking the necessary precautions in the hatchery i.e using pathogen free eggs then when the chicks gets to the farm the necessary drugs in water should also be followed by hygiene. These two steps will go a long way.

Well all the conditions in the brooding pen should be properly monitored, if a good result is expected and one of it is the Co2, the whole of the brooding pen should not be completely covered,the uppermost part closer to the roof and other part should be left slightly opened to allow for free movement of the O2-Co2 so that it will balance automatically,this will go a long way in assisting the chic ...

But i ve been using enzyme in my poultry feed to break fibre content of the feed especially in broiler and with a good result without any problems

It is true that continuous use of antibiotics has residual effects which is in turn dangerous to human being,but before the use of organic acids is fully accepted and common to poultry farmers we need to think about the quality, quantity and mode of administration of these organic acids so that the expected results of better growth and free of harmful bacteria in the GIT is achieved.

Any ectoparasite will cause inconviniences to birds and this will make them loss their focus and hence will not be able to perform optimamly as expected, there is need for constant inspection so as to avoid this problem

Once poultry is located in a place there is possibility of disease occurence in that area this fact is in turn depend on managment practice by that farmer. If there are high concetration of poultry farms then the possibility increases again
