Dear Peter Mathew,
Personally i don't advise homoeo medicines to increase milk production in cattle or buffaloes as lactation itself is a stress in them.
In the first 60 days after calving it has no effect.
for those animals which has some health issue and not able to produce sufficient milk to its calf these are advised no doubt further stress is given to the animal here. but to save the calf it is used.
It is nt advised in large herds.
For individual cow
1. Recinus Com Q,,2. Alfalafa 6, 3. Calacarai Carb 30, 4. Calcaraia Phos 30, and 5. Utrica urens 30 mi all in equal quantities.Mixture of one ml to be mixed with ten ml of water and drenched 3 times a day for a week, there after two times in a day for a fortnight. Mean while the animal has to get Quality mineral mixture at the rate of one gram for every ten kilogram body weight. and 5 grams for each liter of milk yield. If Mineral mixture is not given the animal can develop milk fever or it remains anoestrus and subsequently can become a repeat breeder.
fractures can occur due to drainage of calcium from bones.
To 450 grammes of 20 size sugar pills 15ml of Q. Recinus com., 5ml of Alfalfa6, 5ml of Calcaria Carb30, 5ml of Calcaria Phos30 and 5ml of Urtica urens 30 is added and after pills are soaked, repeatedly small quantities of Lecithin 3x has to be added and mixed well till all pills get a coating of Lecithin 3x (50 grams of Lecithin 3X). They are fed four times in a day, 4 days per week (continuously or on alternate days) for 4 weeks. Dose is 1 teaspoonful for cows/buffaloes. (An increase of ½ to 3 liters of milk per day has been noticed). Rule out metritis, sub clinical mastitis, sub clinical acidosis. Feeding mineral mixture is a must. This drug helps the assimilation of calcium in to the blood. Hot water (420C) bath twice a day for 2 weeks is advised.

What is the etiology and pathogenesis and treatment of the allergic mastitis (immediately after calving with in a week after calving there swelling ,redness of the teat at the base of udder and within 2 days it will rupture at the teat and there is no milk inthat affected quarters rarely it will also spread to other quarters)most common in the buffaloes that too very often in primiparous animals and buffaloes which were calved 2 times, buffaloe has pain upon touching,no fever sir

Looking into allopathic drugs intra mammary response was poor so parental also combined.
I have no information of using homeo drugs intra mammary Here the action is not directly on the microbe unlike allopathy drugs
Talib Hussain This was a note prepared for field veterinarians on prolapse of vagina in bovines 1. Cleaning the prolapsed parts by washing with boiled and cooled clean water or light coloured potassium permanganate lotion. 2. The hind legs are elevated by 6 to 9” (15 - 22 cm) when compared to front legs and the animal is tied with ropes on either side in four feet (1.2 meters) wide space, and 5 1/2 to 6 feet long from the manger to the edge of the standing space. 3. The prolapsed portion should be lifted up, towards the base of the tail once in two to three hours to relieve any pressure on the bladder. If not the animal will be straining frequently; such animals show a drop in the milk yield. 4. Gruel and hay water (boil hay or good quality straw add salt/jaggary for taste) is fed; the animal is fed with 1/3 quantity of green/dry fodder. (Avoid feeding fodders known to have phyto-estrogens). 5. The animal owner should approach a veterinarian for treatment. Treatment 1. The prolapsed mass has to be washed daily for a week, with light colour potassium permanganate lotion. This alone has helped to control further prolapse. A local anaesthetic of 2%, 5 to 8 ml as high epidural (between last lumbar and first coccygeal vertebrae) or 3 to 5 ml as low epidural (between first and second coccygeal vertebrae) is given. Alternate to this, 2 to 3 ml of amyl alcohol can be used as epidural aneathesia; if more is given it can cause paralysis of hind quarters. This helps to prevent prolape for 2 to 3 months. Amyl alcohol will be commonly used in the milk co-operative societies, for doing fat test in milk. In addition to these a homoeopathy drug Opium 200 can be given 3 to 4 times a day for 1 to 3 days. If rectum has also prolapsed Carboveg 200 is also used. If tte animal is highy nervous or excitable give Ignetia 200 also. No harm has been noticed if all are given. The other homeo drugs used are Kreosutum 30, Gun powder 6.. This helps to prevent prolapse for 2 to 3 months. Few veterinarians claim 1 ml of this mixture; mixed in 10 ml distilled water has been injected subcutaneously weekly once either once or twice has equally given good results. 2. The prolapsed portion is gently slowly lifted towards base of the tail to relieve the pressure on the urinary bladder, leads in emptying the bladder and resulted in reducing the straining. 3. Prolapsed part or everted mass has to be covered with a clean cloth to prevent attack by crows and dogs. 4. Severe lacerations have to be sutured with ‘00’ size chromic catgut. 5. The genitalia are smeared with M & B antiseptic cream (isothiodine isopropionate) emulsion and the part that is near to the vulval lips is first pushed and finally the portion away from the vulval lips is pushed. 6. A rope truss can be applied as follows if necessary by using half inch thick cotton rope. The double loop falls at the brisket region and each end comes on either side of the neck and a knot is made at the withers or hump region, then both the ropes are passed along the backbone and get bifurcated at the base of the tail and passed below the tail and a knot is made above the anus. The ropes are then taken in between the thighs on either side of the udder or passed forwards and are tied to the ropes in front to the loop. Now just above and below the vulval lips both the ropes are sewed together (now the vulval lips come in between the sewed part of the ropes) with twine rope and tied tightly. This rope truss is removed after straining has stopped. For any vaginal dressing the rope truss is loosened and retied. 7. Buhner’s sutures can be applied. Under local anaesthesia, after through cleaning of anus vulva and perineum are disinfected. A small incision of 1 cm is made on the perineum below the vulva and above the vulva (but below, anus) and by using plastic tube 2 mm thick (as suturing material) or umbilical tape the needle is passed subcutaneously lateral to the vulval lip from the ventral incision to top incision. (When the tip of the needle is felt at the top use a cutting player to pull upwards). Then the needle is passed down on the other side subcutaneously (When the tip of the needle is felt at the bottom use a cutting player to pull the needle down). Both ends are tightened in such a way like a purse ring suture (such that 3 fingers looseness in the vulval lips is there); the knot need be embedded subcutaneously below the vulva. Tincture iodine solution is applied to the suturing material and wound. Never suture through and through the mucus membrane of vulval lips which cause irritation; and prolapse of the uterus by reflex irritation. 8. To prevent further prolapse, the animal is fed with gruel, hay water and 1/3rd of the usual fodder that was being fed. The animal is tied on either side with ropes in an inclined place such that the place is 4 feet wide and 4 1/2 to 5 feet long from the manager to the edge of the standing space. 9. If progesterone deficiency or excess of estrogens have been suspected, 2 mg of progesterone per kg body weight is injected once IM weekly. In case of cystic ovaries with such prolapse it is advised to give 1500 to 3000 i.u. of hCG or LH. 10. Caesarean operation can be indicated in last 2-3 weeks of pregnancy. 11. Supportive treatment is given such as antihistamine, liver stimulant, vitamin C, if thermal reaction is there antibiotics are used

C.Elango, If not given any paraciticide drug give LEVAMISOLE orally or by injection ( Dose look into the pamphlet along with the drug as it varies between manufacturers.
Send blood sample with an anticoagulant to check Haemoglbin levels and blood parasites. Orally administered in empty stomach and wait for two hours for next feeding. Please call a veterinarian to identify any toxicity resulted through water or feed as slow accumulation.
For blood parasites appropriate drug is used as injection. If Hb levels are low use Iron preparations in 5%Dextrose normal saline slow intravenous injection. Please adopt full hand milking using thumb and fore finger around teat as a lock, to prevent back flow of milk into udder cistern. then use other fingers around the teat squeeze.
use Aurum Muriaticum Natronatum 30 Thiosinaminum , Conium 30, Calcaria flour 30 in equal quantities 3 times daily till recovery. If you use liquids mixture one ml in ten ml water. Pills 20 numbers of 30 size each time
These pills you can ask the Homeo shop person to prepare for you. The above mixture one ml is charged to 7 to 8 grams of sugar pills.
Unless you adopt full hand milking no result is seen even with these medicines. These medicines give 90 percent success
It is observed that lumpy skin disease is more prevalent in local breeds when compared cross bred with exotic blood. Incidence is now fading out.
