housing type in broiler grow out

Question

...for years I am trying to find out ways to alleviate stres in broiler raised in open sided...the problem always come in the midday between 10 morning until 3 afternoon,. the birds exposed to higher tamperature inside the house so that much of the birds are panting despite the number of drinker supplemented and the curtain full opened to anticipate those condition..
most farmer in indonesia especially in villages adopted the naturally ventilated houses to reduce cost although in hot climate..the mortality always higher then recommended by the supplier...sometimes reach 5% mortality during grow out...

how can I improve the house condition in order to comfort the birds inside the house despite using the naturally ventilated house...

                                      necesito informacion sobre  procesado de estos restos fructihorticolas para destinarlo a alimentacion de cerdos u otros ganados....igualmente, otras alternativas de uso de estos deshechos  del mercado de verduras..... disponemos de aprox 15 ton diarias de  verduras y frutas  frescas que no van a consumo humano..... agradecere  sugerencias y material de consulta ..... saludos
