Can you suggest what product is the most effective in controlling zearalenone toxicity? Zearalenone is reality. it is always present in the feeds. the only solution is to prevent the toxicity. but my question is HOW?

            Supplementing calcium is not necessary.
Thanks

You dont need to change your diet, just adjust the feed intake/bird/day. Reduce the feed intake. And make sure the length of lighting should be only 14 to 16 hours. More than that egg size will increase. The bottom line here is "reduce or correct the egg size." You should follow the standard of Lohmann (Body weight, egg production and egg size) so you have guide and you will know what to correct.

            Hi Sir Steve Tan,
Seems like you have young flock. At this age layers are prone to prolapse since their reproductive organ is not yet well developed. Your question, does high energy diet contributes to prolapse? The answer is a big YES. High energy diet influences the size of the egg. It is one of the factors that can influence egg size. Check the egg size if it is on the standard. If your layers ...

Regarding ideal brooding temperature we need also to consider the parents of the chicks. Chicks from young parents need slightly higher brooding temperature than chicks from older parents.
God Bless

            Hi,
This work is very appreciated.
In the hatchery we encountered high crooked toes incidence and clubbed down. But this is only isolated problem (only in one breeder flock). If this problem is nutritional or hatchery we could also see such defects from other breeder flocks. Is there any factors like viruses or even management that infected the breeder resulting to such problems?

May be. But this is just part of my thesis. I only published the introduction and the summary.

Is it fine to combine probiotic and organic acids in feeds? What non-antibiotic growth promoters are best if used together?

Hen eats the egg content. What factors that triggers them to this vice and what management practice to apply to control this problem? I correlated this to cracked eggs and I found out they have strong relationship.
