HI Nimer Natsheh Obviously if you need a good protection against Salmonella Gallinarum you need an homologus vaccine but you must consider that Salmonella enteritidis and Typhimurium share antigens O:1,9,12. On the other hand, P. Chacana and H. Terzolo from INTA-Argentina demonstrated cross protection of a vaccine containing S.enteritidis against S. gallinarum.
