Dr. Mario Penz discusses how to optimize the gut's performance in poultry

Mário Penz, Director of Strategic Accounts at Cargill, spoke to us during the Poultry and Egg Summit Latin America VIV 2016 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and he discussed the importance of nutrition in sustainability by improving digestibility in poultry. He also supports a holistic approach to the process.

Adding Oxynova in the poultry litter and in the poultry drinking water, Agracid P and Agrabond in the feed, conforms in our opinion, with Dr. Penz guidelines.

Excellent explanation by Dr. Penz on the changing poultry/animal production industry, and the critical need for adopting a holistic approach, including professionals from different areas working together within production systems (ie., nutritionists, vets, etc.). I completely agree that nutrition has a crucial role in the future of animal production, and particularly in the area of gastrointestinal health. Congratulations, and thanks for sharing your experience and views!
