DDGS is virtually the grain solubles generated in distilleries. It is not a perfect bed for growing strain like Aspergillus, though the great focus needs to be given on storing goods precisely preserving them dry and away from moisture. By nature, it is considerably hygroscopic in nature and there the task goes to store it on dry places prior utilization. In a nutshell, DDGS is not such vulnerable to fungal or mycotoxin as evident with other sources like cakes and corn.
