Carrie is a Research Manager at AB Vista, an integrated supplier of new generation micro-ingredients for animal feed. Carrie specialises in phytase, phytate and mineral interactions in monogastrics. Prior to joining AB Vista, Carrie worked as a post-doctoral research assistant in the Department of Animal and Poultry Sciences at Virginia Tech where she evaluated calcium, phosphate, phytate, and phytase interactions within conditions of the gastrointestinal tract.
