What many nutritionists do in LCF, is to create 2 nutrients for calcium. One might simply have the name calcium and would include the total amount of calcium in the ingredients plus the value assigned in the phytase matrix. In order to assign a calcium value to a phytase it has to be done in the equation for digestible calcium (Ca dig) together with the Ca dig values of the other ingredients as phytase does not supply Ca tot per se.
