Hello emma It depends . Some diseases are age related like gumboro . It hits the layers from 4 to 7 werks of age so, we need to vaccinate ir earlier . Other like EDS ( EGG DROP SYNDROM) hits the birds during production only so it better to vaccinate it before the onset of production . Some killed vaccines needs priming .

Salah Mohammed Use H120 mixed with 4/91 at 1 day old and repeat at 10 days and again atv10 weeks . Repeat it again at 18 weeks and then every 4 to 8 weeks durig production according to epidemicity .

If there is alot of fat in the abdominal cavity and fragile liver use colin chloride in drinking water for 10 days and use any antibiotic to eleminate E coli and try to chick your feed energy
