Good article about Dairy Reproductive Management Using Artificial Insemination. However, most of the time AI inseminated cows deliver more male calves than female calves. Why this happen and how we can improve it? Update your references

Very good article about Dairy Reproductive Management Using Artificial Insemination!! The author should also include how to improve the conception rate using some technologies on identification cows at estrus under small holder farming system in rural Africa!

Dear sir,

We are observing prolonged heat in some of the cross bred HF X Sahiwal or HFx Gir animals. Can you suggest how to manage in such cases? Sometimes we rare observing estrus up to 3 days.

Dr.Looper if the life span of sperm is 24 hrs and if AI is done after 4 hrs after onset of estrus and ovulation at 32 hrs after onset of estrus, then how conception is possible?
