Biography
Tim Goossens studied Biotechnology at Ghent University (Belgium), and subsequently worked as an academic researcher in the Laboratory of Molecular Biotechnology at the University of Antwerp. At KU Leuven (Belgium), he took up a doctoral project on neurodevelopment in the Laboratory of Developmental Genetics. After obtaining his Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences in 2010, he joined Nutriad to work as an R&D Engineer. He became Business Development Manager of Digestive Performance, a product range dedicated to gut health and animal performance in production animals. Since 2019, he is Global Scientific & Technical Manager at Adisseo, for the Health by Nutrition portfolio.

Biography
Damien joined Adisseo in 2009 as a research manager in charge of the vitamins R&D program. Since 2018, he is responsible for the global scientific support of the Health by Nutrition products (probiotic, butyrate, phytogenics, selenium) and the mycotoxin management products.
Damien obtained a master degree at the engineering school Institut Polytechnique LaSalle Beauvais (France) in Nutrition and Health. He worked for 4 years in Canada as a research engineer at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. He completed a PhD degree in Biology and Nutrition at the University of Marseille (France).

Biography
Dr Natalie Morgan is currently a Research Fellow in Poultry Nutrition and Lecturer in Animal Nutrition at University of New England. She has over 10 years of experience in poultry nutrition research. She completed her PhD in Poultry Nutrition (2010-2014) and a one year Post-Doc (2014-2015) at Nottingham Trent University, UK, and has been conducting research in non-starch polysaccharides and xylo-oligosaccharides at UNE for the past five years. This has resulted in a number of publications and conference presentations in this field, including international invited speaker invitations.
