Muco-defen consists of surfactin. Surfactin is a compound composed of an amphiphile, which can change the coccidia, and Clostridium perfringens the cell wall's surface tension.

You told that Bacillus subtilis produce surfactins which can change the surface tension of cell walls of Clostridium species, As both of them are gram +ve bacterias,
So how Bacillus cell wall is not affected by these surfactins?
