Vetworks will provide a fully adapted streaming service for the Welfare Training from the 15th till the 17th of December.
This training will allow you to learn in an interactive and practical way while having all the information without leaving the comfort and safety of your home.
During these 3 days of online streaming, flexible moments are foreseen to follow pre-recorded topics to allow you flexibility.
 
Scope of the seminar:  Focus on trends in animal welfare including general poultry welfare, welfare in the hatchery, welfare for breeders, layers and broilers, welfare during catching, transportation and at the slaughterhouse. The training includes interactive workshops and field visits to production sites.
Animal welfare in poultry today is under very tight scrutiny from regulators, media and consumers. More than ever welfare steers industry and how we rear animals. It is imperative for every company to know the key factors that influence welfare and how these fit within the stakeholders' expectations.
The goal of this training is to give you tools to practically assess and implement welfare in the hatchery, farms and slaughterhouses as well to implement this in a cost-efficient way.
