Gunther Antonissen will appear at ESPN 2017 in Spain

Gunther Antonissen will be one of the speakers at the 21st European Symposium on Poultry Nutrition.

 

The event will be held at the Convention Centre at Port Aventura, Salou-Vila-seca, Tarragona, Spain, and will take place between 8–11 May 2017.

 

Antonissen is a veterinarian graduated from Ghent University and has worked there since 2015 as a post-doctoral researcher investigating the impact of mycotoxins and phytogenics on the intestinal microbiota.

 

Antonissen is also enrolled in the residency program of the European College of Poultry Veterinary Science.

 

His lecture at ESPN 2017 will be "The significance of mycotoxins in future poultry production", on Thursday, May 11th.
