Poor hatching egg sanitation can be a major cause in loss of hatchability and chick quality. Every effort should be made to ensure that hatching eggs are kept as free as possible from risks of contamination from the time of egg laying until the chicks are pulled from the hatcher. Disinfect nesting material with 1% Hydrogen peroxide. Placement of nests in the house early in life. Nest should be placed in dark area under the light source. Frequent colection of eggs from the nests.

Excellent article so, if you please pay attention on Salmonella contamination of hatching of eggs.
We apply to disinfect nesting material with 5 gram of paraformaldhyde powder for each nest / week. Placement of nests in the house early in life.
Nest should be placed in dark area under the light source.
Frequent collection of eggs from the nests.
