Ts11 is a live vaccine. they recommend this to absolutely clean flocks in 3rd week without giving any mycoplasma drugs one week prior to and one week after the vaccination. such type of flocks are available only with pure line breeders and they do not require vaccination. For multiplication stocks ie. parent stocks I don't think that situation exists. most of the flocks are under threat hence the thought of vaccination. when ts11 fails, there is always an excuse " probably your flock was unhealthy".
