Dose rate of enzymes in poultry rations

How would a person calculate the dose rate of enzymes to be added to poultry rations? Please provide the information.

Most enzymes are included at 100g/ton for rations with more wheat by products.eg Natugrain TS,and Natugrain Combi fro BASF.
