Stuart works for the Poultry Research Foundation at the University of Sydney. His research interests include phytate, calcium and phosphorus nutrition. In 2011 Stuart completed his PhD at the University of Sydney investigating the effects of dietary fatty acids and the dietary n-6:n-3 polyunsaturated ratio on pig growth performance. Stuart has been an invited speaker at a number of international animal nutrition conferences and continues to work closely with the pig and poultry industries.
