All the discussions r good,but we have to go for resolving the problem. Ascite is metabolic disorder, practically we cannot changes in feed.so we will over come through
1- use ammonium Chloride (in feed or through water)
2- organic acids

First you should identify either it's slipped tendencieslamenessMycoplasmaMuscles damage 1-Then you check level of calcium & phosphorus 2-in feed you're using APC(animal Protein) the % in feed formula.

In 16th week or more age we have to treat in safe mode
1. Add tylosin in feed
2, add organic acids in feed
