It is interesting reviewing this line of discussion. Pellet mills can easily make a feed sink in water while it is difficult if not impossible to make a pelleted feed float. Dear Jayaraj, There are a number of feed ingredients which are important, all selected based on the nutrition of the fish being fed. For floating starch is needed at about 20% to insure floating.
