Duties included:
1. Marketing the full range of Lohmann's product range which included all poultry vaccines, veterinary
therapeutics and feed additives including feed premixes, antioxidants, enzymes, acidifiers, mycotoxin
binders..etc. Vaccines from Lohmann Animal Health International, USA were later included in the range.
2. Provided technical support for the sales team including feed and premix formulation, supervision of field
trials and providing solutions for health and management problems.
3. Preparing the annual sales forecast and budget for the Middle East countries.
= Technical Adviser for Daher and Makhlouf's group of companies in Syria and Lebanon (11 years).
i. Syria, Vatex company, duties included:
a) Establishment of veterinary therapeutics and premixes plant near Damascus. The plant produced
powder and liquid antibiotic preparations and feed premixes.
b) Designed all formulas, named all products and prepared brochures for all products and coordinated
the packaging design with a designer in Belgium.
c) Trained sales team on marketing all products.
d) Introducing new products (from foreign suppliers) and preparing market studies and marketing plans.
e) As Vatex was the sole distributor for: = Lohmann Animal Health, Germany.
