chicken abdominal fat is one of our products. and two weeks back, after processing the abdominal fat, we noticed the formation of brown discoloration in the surface of the product. but it happened only on on particular batch and not on the whole batches. i too received a suggestion of more xanthophill content on the feed. hence i need some technical help.
