Yes, Fusarium causes a lot of problems. We have developed the TOXI-SCRUB machine to eradicate Fusarium, DON and other Mycotoxins right after harvest. It is an easy going process and costs about 3,- usd per ton. After treatment all fungus and Mycotoxins are eradicated.

Interesting. Would anybody know what the maximum level of Aflatoxin should be (say roughly over a week) to avoid the interference? I would prefer to have data from experiments without binders.

We are using an approach where we treat the feed with the TOXI-SCRUB machine that eradicates the Mycotoxins in feed, and also terminate all fungus and fungus spores. The system can eradicate both Aflatoxin and Ochratoxin.

Very interesting. Aspergillus is definitely good to watch. We suggest a machine that can eradicate both the aspergillus fungus including the spores as well as Aflatoxin and other Mycotoxins, i.e. the TOXI-SCRUB using Ozone to eradicate all fungus and bacteria including the Mycotoxins. Interesting approach. I think many approachs are needed to really combat the big problem of Mycotoxins. Interesting Article. We have also made experiments with Cocoa and found that treatment with Ozone in our TOXI-SCRUB machine was also efficient against Aspergillus and Aflatoxin.

This seems to be a very potent technology. It would be interesting to see a commercial product that could identify say just the 20 most common Mycotoxins in food and feed ingredients … at a reasonable cost. That would be extremely beneficial in the entire food supply chain.
