It is a reality that today commercial phytase added to the feed help counter the effect of phytate and, in combination with other carbohydrases and proteases, the ingredient's digestability is favored. However, it is important to make sure that the enzymes resist the manufacturing process and/or guarantee an adecuate and homogeneous dispersion in the feed. For that, it should be requested that the provider monitor the enzymes (i.e. stability test).
