Engormix publishes the last video interviews from NDF2010, the International Symposium on Role of Plant Cell Walls in Dairy Cow Nutrition organized last March by the Centre for Animal Nutrition in the Netherlands and Lallemand Animal Nutrition.

Professor Charles Sniffen, President of Fencrest LLC in Holderness (NH), is a recognized expert in the world of dairy cattle nutrition. In the last 20 years he dedicated a significant amount of his time to the development of dairy nutrition models. He closed the symposium with a presentation of the latest model theories which integrate NDF digestibility criteria. He insisted that digestibility is also influenced by factors such as the size and fragility of feed particles. He concluded by reviewing some of the nutritional solutions which can help answering the question: "How can we enhance fiber digestion?".

Stavros Avgerinos from KEGO Agri gives us a Greek perspective of cow's production issues and discuss the practical implications of Dr. Lourenço research on the effects of live yeast on fiber degradation

Here you will find the video interviews of PART 1 and PART 2.
