The economics of fish culture in very important in any study because it shows if the research is cost effective and applicable in terms of the cost implication. Achieving boosted growth and immune system in fish with different levels of probiotics is very reasonable but my concern is about the financial implication of these probiotics application compared to the results obtained in the control group. in commercial fish farms, fast growth rate and weight gain at a lower cost is usually the objective. However, the economic indices should be evaluated in this study so that readers of this article will have a clear picture of probiotics application in fish culture such as growth, health status, cost implication, etc.
