very interesting this article about the use of organic acids in fish nutrition, i did not hear before. In china ,organic acids are usually added to the pig feed. as for fish , it was very amazing.

I think the same rule as in monogastric..it is antipathogenic bacteria and increase digestability improve enzyme actions
