the value of Fumonisine is for kg dry matter feed or quantity intake for day?

Actually, I would like to ask about the risk level of Fumonisins in poultry feed. It is published by Biomin that this is 500 ppb when EFSA gives it at 10000 ppb. I would like to have your opinion on that.
