Appreciating step by US FDA proposal for regulation on distribution of Eggs affected by salmonella anteritidus. Oftent the contaimination of eggs occures in the Kitchen too that is most probaile in Asian countries where safety measure for egg storage is not consiered important. Beside this i am disclosing some facts on Backery items in pakistan . I get several sampes of bacery product and tested them and found high contamination of bacterial toxins after inquiry i found that they get contaiminated unhatched broiler eggs from their neigboured hatchery they provide at very low cost or some free facillitator of such type of diseases. Very shocking news and are seen at Arslan poultry waste materials near Sadiq abad .

afrrica is far behind.there is no regulation against salmonella species in nigeria for now.. from day old til when birds are slaughtered, salmonella species are more abundant.the presenece of salmonella species made it difficult if not impossible to produce egg powder in nigeria. there is no farm that can claim that is farm sis absolutely free from bacterial contaminants..my candid advices to average nigeria is to aviod eating egg raw for now until we can comply with this standard
