The Irish National Dairy Conference 2004 takes place next month.

The conference, 'Exploiting the New Era', is being staged at two venues: Wednesday, November 17, Rochestown Park Hotel, Rochestown, Cork; and Thursday, November 18, Slieve Russell Hotel, Ballyconnell, Co Cavan.

Speakers at the Cork venue in Ian McCluggage, Head of Dairy and Pigs, Greenmount Campus, College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise.

He will speak in `Expansion in Northern Ireland'.

Professor Leslie Hansen, University of Minnesota, USA, will speak at both venues. He will give a paper on `Cross breeding --International experience'.
