Alltech's 23rd International Feed Industry Symposium will be held May 20-23 in Lexington, Ky.
The symposium provides an opportunity for international poultry experts to discuss impending issues, such as rising costs for energy sources, and propose viable solutions.
"Alltech's Symposium will allow industry experts to come together to explore and present the latest research on areas such as improving pre-starter diets for broilers with nucleotides, examining the relationship between trace mineral nutrition and high quality broiler meat, controlling coccidian and finding a natural alternative to arsenicals as well as the important role solid state fermentation will play in the future of the poultry industry," said Dr. Peter Spring, Alltech's European technical poultry manager.
Special sessions will also be held in the areas of dairy, beef, swine, equine, pet, aqua and food quality and legislation.
