Dear Sirs,
Dietary energy is a vital nutrient in livestock feeds. Since the grains market went up owing to its demand for bio-fuel the alternate feeds were searched. Sugar syrup was developed by me recently. The demand for it went up three times the production potential of the company and therefore, the company stopped its efforts for further development. My recent trials proved its potential to reduce cholesterol in milk, meat and egg I could not persue it further because of no support from the company.
During my development trials I found the production of a glucose-fat complex utilising soap stock and sugar residues would make an excellent feed supplement.
In order to market liquid molasses/sugar syrup there are lots of logistical problems. Converting it into dry powder will reduce the problems. The available technology today is spray drying which increases the cost. Therefore the dried molasses is sold at USD 650/MT. My technology using chemicals is less expensive.
In order to make those technologies in operation the manufacturing plants need to be developed. If there are interested companies I can provide the technical know how and work with them to implement it.
