Is this fowl typhoid

I have vaccine chabro breed of layer poultry bird with salmonella polyvalent inactivated vaccine but this bird is dead . Can fowl typhoid comes back even these are vaccinated. I have photo of liver of this dead bird. Please give me some suggestion
