  Big liver and spleen disease or hepatitis splenomegaly syndrome (HSS) is clinically characterized by increased mortality and decreased egg production in both broiler breeder hens and egg-type chickens, usually ranging from 30 to 72 wk of age. please I need a recently assay kit which has high sensitivity and specificity of TR-PCR to genotyping and phylogenetic of Hepatitis E Virus in chicken as a tool used in PhD research
