XIXth Congress of the World Veterinary Poultry Association. Call for Papers

The Scientific Committee of the 19th Congress of the World Veterinary Poultry Association welcomes the submission of both research abstracts and full continuing professional development papers in all spheres of avian diseases. The deadline for submission is 15th January 2015 and you will be notified by 1st March 2015 if your abstract/paper has been accepted.
Submit abstracts electronically on Oxford abstracts by 15th January 2015.
Please note:
Late submissions will not be considered
There will be no remuneration for either an accepted abstract or paper.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ELECTRONIC POSTERS
  • Abstracts that are accepted as posters will have to be displayed as electronic posters during World Veterinary Poultry Congress 2015. There will be no provision for traditional hard copy posters.
  • Presentation to be generated using PowerPoint software package.
  • Windows 8 operating System, Office 2010 will be used.
  • The poster presentation can be done using Office PowerPoint 2013, 2010 and 2007.
  • The presentation needs to be done in LANDSCAPE. The screens being used to display the DDD’s, are 21 inch touch screens. The screens will be setup in a LANDSCAPE format.
  • A maximum of 5 PowerPoint slides will be allowed.
  • No PDF presentations will be allowed.
  • The DDD’s will be displayed on screens in such a way that delegates of the congress can sit down in front of a screen and browse through the DDD presentations at own leisure.
  • Electronic posters will be uploaded to a specific site on August 15, 2015.
