2013 IPPE Will Feature Two Networking Receptions

For 2013, the show organizers will be hosting a special reception on Tuesday, January 29, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the respective floors of the show. The show organizers will provide non-alcoholic beverages to attendees at no charge and will make available cash bars for those wanting beer and wine. Additionally, various types of snacks will be made available throughout the halls. There will be musical entertainment and activities taking place during the reception. The Expo encourages your firm to supplement the fun with hors d'oeuvres and beverages at your booth for entertaining and networking with your customers and prospects. 

The reception at the Georgia Aquarium has been a hit the last two years, and International Paper will again sponsor the event for 2013. The Aquarium Reception will be moved to Wednesday night from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. As in the past, complimentary tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The tickets will be distributed at a special desk in the Registration Lobby. Prior to this reception, the Happy Hour for exhibitors on the show floor will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., an extension of one hour from 2012.
