Saponin-rich plants mixture supports coccidiosis vaccination program in broiler chickens

I think the dose of Saponin is important when using saponin as a feed additive either alone or in combination with other feed additives. Does anyone know what dose ranges are most optimal for growth promotion and what is the mechanism of action in saponin supporting coccidiosis vaccine? I will appreciate if I can have some references for scientific literature for using saponin in coccidiosis vaccine in commercial broilers. Thanks, Hyun Lillehoj
