Head shakers, bobble heads, in newborn piglets

In some litters, esp. those whom the sow was not given pre-farrow strep shield, we have encountered incidences of erratic head shaking affecting coordination and ability to function and nurse normally. Is there any known action or treatment which can reverse these symptoms in new born piglets????
