CHICAGO (October 26, 2011) - Amlan International, maker of Calibrin mycotoxin binders, announces that its Calibrin-Z broad-spectrum binder is approved in Brazil for the disease management of fumonisin, zearalenone, ochratoxin, T-2 toxin and aflatoxin for all species.

Vice President of Amlan International, Dr. Ron Cravens said, "Our mineral is unique in its ability to attract and bind multiple mycotoxins. While early research suggested that all clay binders only adsorb aflatoxin, we have proven that the combination of our mineral and expertise in mineral processing creates the optimal conditions needed for broad-spectrum binding. We are very pleased with this approval and look forward to continuing to provide proven, quality and safe products for livestock producers."
