It happened in my farm 2 months ago. I managed to control it by : 1. Distracting the birds by giving napier grass.2. Partitioning the barn (minimize flock size)3. Giving them paracetamol/aspirin+vitamin c4. Having workers that walk in the barn frequently.5. Isolating injured chicken (will lead to cannibalism if not removed) and spray with herbal wound spray.
