Broiler Feed Formulation Starter and growing mash feed

I have seen some of those very interesting comments made in this page which is prompting me to ask these very few questions. Are you able to provide me with information on how best can I formulate my own broiler chicken feeds using local tropical foods which can be cost effective? The country that I come from charges almost US$150.00 for a 40kg broiler starter feed and chicken consumption is low.
I need assistance on information how best can I be able to develop my own stock feed using low cost materials especially tropical edible plants, fruits and tubers which I have in my country.

Your help will assist thousands of people including children in my country.

It's impossible to formulate a Broiler Feed without professional software. I am using OptiFeed (OptiPasz) and it's a great help.
This software is very intuitive.
