Conditioning for Pelleting Success: Pellet Durability and Conditioning Dynamics

The following are suggested for the CONDITIONING conditions during PELLETING operation.
1). STEAM must be DRY STEAM. (Minimum steam 1% and temperature must be 20 degrees C or higher). This means that the outlet temperature of the CONDITIONER must be 85~90 degrees C.
2). Particle size must be less than 0.7 MM.
3). CONDITIONER filling rate must be 50~70%.
4). CONDITIONER RPM must be operated by VFD.
5) BEEF FEED requires the addition of WET STEAM BECAUSE BY adding FIBER raw materials.
