Interesting article about Milk progesterone 
I want to ask a question:
I want to determine progesterone in milk samples from cows. I have plasma progesterone RIA kits (Immunotech). To avoid the problem of matrix, I want to prepare standard milk, but how to calibrate the milk standards?

I think the matrix is different. If you want to dose progesterone in milk, specific kits are available on the market.
